In the (GTR2 based) FIA GT and RFX mods you can run just one type of car I think.

Having recently acquired a Logitech Momo wheel off the net I've been getting into GTR and downloading some mods for it which seem to be mostly working, though its crashing slightly more than usual, still for no apparent reason (when in menus, usually when I click 'back').

But anyway, that aside, I've been having a bit of fun on the Pikes Peak track, but geeting a tad confused - WTF is the deal at the top? is there actually a 'finish' anywhere to give you a time or is it a matter of looking at the clock yourself as you pass the gantry thing at the top? Then theres a small loop of road which leads back onto the main track again, or a giant motorway which leads back to the start but you get disqualified for course-cutting as soon as you go on it.

ETA: Now got the Mk1 Escort cup download - much fun to be had there biggrin

Also bought Richard Burns Rally but haven't started looking for mods yet as it won't go past the select/create profile screen, it just freezes there and I have to reset my PC. Any useful ideas on that one? Pretty sure my drivers etc are up to date.

No. Think about it, how would they work in rFactor which doesn't have the facility to do that. wink

tongue out The pace notes on Rally Trophy were crap anyway, better off without them at times IMO. And the co-drivers sarcasm was funny the first couple of times, but after that rage

Another question - does anyone know where I might find the Nurburgring (Nordschleife) for GTR? I haven't seen one anywhere so far.
