Argh this is a nightmare!
What are you after? You have looked at the sticky thread at the top of this forum that gives this link in one of my posts to alternate downloads?
Try this - http://rfactorracing.yusho.de/index.p
Ps. Rfactorcetral is only a place that takes other download locations mods and tracks, they are all available in their original locations posted on RSC. He is also throttling back the downloads on his site because he found it hard to pay for 120TB of data transfer. Unthrottled downloads are available via a small donation to keep the site running.

I've been doing the V8 Supercar Challenge on rFactor rank instead.
http://rfactor.gplrank.info/listChall
The tracks it uses are all Australian or New Zeland V8 tracks and would make a good league series. 6 of them are only 55-1m10s lap times the other 5 longer 1m30-2min tracks. Inlcudes the F1 Melbourne circuit, Adelaide. Could have an end of season Bathurst, longer race.

oooww - sounds good - i'm up for this. Shall we make it a regular wednesday thing ?
I got mine from the Filefront link and if anyone has had trouble with Rapidshare in the past (like me) it seems to be working now, although I don't know if it's because they have changed things or that I am using Internet Download Manager (IDM) which works for rFactorcentral and Rapidshare. I am also not getting a countdown to download on Rapidshare either now (still the free service)
Dropped the ETCC folder into Gamedata but cant seem to pick anything up at the menu?
I'll try not to be distracted by the pub tonight and join in, is it fairly simple to join up? i.e find the PH server from the list and join like GTLegends? Who hosts the server? A donation of beer tokens will of course be provided if required

From the ETCC thread down the page, not sure where you got your's from but I assume it has been packed the same way.

This has been very annoyingly packed, stupid really as you can't just extract the required folders to the rfactor folder. (If you try it just copies the uppper (pointless) folders as well and doesn't work. So........
Unpack it to your desktop, then go into the ETCC03_RF_Evolution_NFR_Team folder, then into the ETCC03 RF EVOLUTION, then into the rfactor folder. Here you will see all the familar gamedata, rfm, music etc... folders.
Just copy and paste them all into your own rFactor install folder, and click "yes to all" when it says there's already a folder there. It won't overwrite anything.

Neil has set us up with a dedicated server, which you will see in-game. Typically he requires a donation of 20 of your finest beer tokens as a 1-off payment, and then the password is given out.
