Cheers for the race, was nice to get on a server with a decent ping. Finally got to the bottom of the Synchronizing Game problem too.

Think i need to learn the circuits, could someone pack up your locations folder and upload it somewhere?

Jeez, i had better start downloading them individually then.

It's annoying, having to unpack them all one at a time.

All in all not very impressed so far.

The people who wrote this ETCC mod are obviously unaware of people who just want to play the game and not spend hours trying to workout how to apply this patch or that patch.

I installed the basic mod and the 1.1 patch last night and it ran but at a painfully low FPS so I set Rfactor to run at 800x600 and set everything to the lowest possible. I've just downloaded the 1024 skins mod and now all I get is cardboard boxes on wheels. Help

Whats wrong with double clicking on an executable file a la GPL and it does it for you?
