OK, the misses hates computer games. Just dosent understand them. I'm sure If I could get her hooked on something I'd get less grief when i'm playing. So what games are there for women at the moment. She likes travelling/Lost/Desperate HW's/clothes etc...

My missus doesn't play games much but she does enjoy an occasional session with the most recent Tomb Raider game.

I gather The Sims, in their various guises and add-ons, tend to be popular with girls too.

Good call... although perhaps you want something simple and addictive..? Not too up with the latest games, but the concept of stuff like Bomberman might appeal (especially if you let her win for a bit in the beginning)

Oh yes - I forgot the PSP!

She also really got into Mercury (and to a lesser extent, Lumines) on the PSP.

Mario Kart often seems to enthrall girls...if you let them win every so often mind!

You dont think The Sims is addictive? I Put The Sims 2 on last night at 8:30, just thought I would play for an hour. I switched it off at 11 o'clock.

It can be a bit tricky to learn but you soon get the hang of it. Girls can go shopping in a game! how would they not like it

World of Warcraft. Probably one of the easiest games to get into and fairly un-nerdy.

Ace-T

PS you may lose her to it though...hehe
