Think this might be a contender in my books for the rFactor league along with the V8 Supercars and/or something else.

Alfa Romeo 156, BMW 320, Seat Toledo's, Audis, Hondas, Volvos and Skodas.....

This has been very annoyingly packed, stupid really as you can't just extract the required folders to the rfactor folder. (If you try it just copies the uppper (pointless) folders as well and doesn't work. So........

Unpack it to your desktop, then go into the ETCC03_RF_Evolution_NFR_Team folder, then into the ETCC03 RF EVOLUTION, then into the rfactor folder. Here you will see all the familar gamedata, rfm, music etc... folders.

Just copy and paste them all into your own rFactor install folder, and click "yes to all" when it says there's already a folder there. It won't overwrite anything.

Ps. I really hate it when they zip/pack things up like this.

Not the best game I have played.

I think one of the cars you get with the game is better in full race trim, cant remember the name but the one I use had Evo logos on it.

Yup like the BMW - still having the same probs with the FWD cars as the Seats though hehe

OT: With the V8factor mod where are the Australian tracks apart from Mount Panarama (Surfers Paradise etc.)? Is there a separate download?

Seems the default car skins are big, 2048 sized so anyone with small MB gfx cards have some problems with 15+ cars on the grid (I have a 512mb card so haven't experienced this) however smaller 1024x sized skins will be released soon if anyone does have FPS drops.

Can you bash these bad boys about, ala old skool touring cars - off the kerbs, into eachother?

If so, see you online later... hehe

I think so anyway, they are quite easy to drive, but you can get them into the 'ardcore slides round corners.
Harder to go fast, but achievable hehe

There are so many good mods coming out now!

Fed up with RACE I've just done a few laps on the ETCC mod this evening to see what times each car could do around the Toban GP Long circuit, all with the same default setups I was only doing a handful or less of laps to get some times :-

Alfa Romeo - 1m37.5s - www.mercia.biz/rfactor/etcc/TobanGP-ETCC-Alfa-1m37-5s.Vcr
Honda - 1m38.4s - www.mercia.biz/rfactor/etcc/TobanGP-ETCC-Honda-1m38-4s.Vcr
Audi - 1m38.4s - www.mercia.biz/rfactor/etcc/TobanGP-ETCC-Audi-1m38-4s.Vcr
Seat - 1m38.7 - www.mercia.biz/rfactor/etcc/TobanGP-ETCC-Seat-1m38-7s.Vcr
Volvo - 1m38.8 - www.mercia.biz/rfactor/etcc/TobanGP-ETCC-Volvo-1m38-8s.Vcr
BMW - 1m39s - www.mercia.biz/rfactor/etcc/TobanGP-ETCC-BMW-1m39s.Vcr

Updated for better Alfa, Honda & BMW times and finally some Audi laps.
