Would you believe I've never found the time to try the 360 downstairs. I really should.

Recently I've been able to empty entire office rooms by letting an air biscuit out. My diet has a fair amount of salad, and I don't eat a lot of processed stuff.
Can be slighly embarrasing, like last night when I did a stonker doing situps in a room full of people.
