Yep, selected TEKKIT and The game starts up just when I click the server I get the error that I'm not white listed

I don't know what to suggest guys, everyone else seems to get on fine, and I disabled the whitelist requirement altogether. double check you are using the correct clients perhaps?

This is all very odd. I tried this morning before work, but it still said the same. Perhaps I should redownload the tekkit launcher? Won't be able to try until Wednesday/Thursday.

have you tried the Java launcher rather than the exe? I have found that to be a little more painless?

turns out, a reboot is needed after a whitelist amendment, something i failed to do. You should have no problems getting in now

Im really bloody tempted to get Tekkit, i love the idea of solar arrays, automatic farming etc etc, but i dont really get much time to play MC so not sure having another game take up my time is a good idea.

well it's just the same game, only expanded
you can still just use pistons and and stone and walk around with clubs and spoears and smelly armpits, OR if you choose it, you can wear nano armor and shoot LAZERS

haha too well on players it seems! it wasn't even set on a particularly leathal mode!
