Tell you what, I'll be a "ringer"  for opposing teams, you know go around pointing lasers and flashlights in faces, jumping up and down, and generally n00bing it up, that sort of thing.

She's out Just cause your Kat works shifts... Only prob is my turtle beach's have died, and I haven't got the reciept, so haven't got a headset at the mo. Two weddings and my 30th in the next 6 weeks (youll be getting an invite for the party, fancy a trip to Sussex?)

Fantastic gun, with very little recoil. Thanks for the tip, I'll give it a go. I was a big fan of the FAMAS (obviously) and KH2002 pre-patch, but just cannot get on with them post patch. I tried a few of the others rifles briefly, but found the G3A3 on single shot to be the most reliable. Even then the time to kill is soooo long compared to pre-patch with the KH2002.

I could never get used to the kh2002 either, always seemed weak and small mag size... give me my trusty M27IAR...5200 kills thus far tvm...

give me my trusty M27IAR...5200 kills thus far tvm... The M27 was my favourite support gun pre-patch, but that seems to be ruined post patch too. The FAMAS was unreal at medium range, very quick to kill and zero recoil. The KH2002 was similar. Why would you use iron sights?

The KH2002 was similar. Why would you use iron sights? Loved the KH2002- still do in fact. Excellent accuracy at better ranges than some of the other assualt rifles- especially with the heavy barrel. Post patch I still find it one of the quickest killing assualt rifles. One/two bursts aimed at the upper-body / head gives you a great chance of the headshot and they usually go down. But as with all confrontations since the patch- it's crucial to get the first shots in regardless. As for the iron sights I can't speak for the famas as I've not used it, but on some weapons I prefer the iron sights. You 'aim-down-sight' quicker without a scope on, and some of the iron sights are excellent. The SKS being a great example. Also worth pointing out that the foregrip seems to be more of a liability since the patch if you are mostly using aim-down-sight to shoot. Greatly prefer the heavy barrel & flash supressor now.

Started off well last night on different servers. The danish one being really good. Think its called Denmark Team DK. Hardcore only so hard to adjust for a while. Not that its difficult to die in softcore, which i seem to do a lot off. Anyway had a few good games on the PH server over the last week or so. Also met and friended a few PHers as well, did get killed a lot by those very same friends.
Hope to be on later tonight and will carry on where i left off.???? Oh and my PSN tag is xtraboost. cheers

Quick question. Are the server set up to be console or PC specific. In that if I am playing on an Xbox, will I encounter PC and PS3 players too?

PC players on a console server would absolutely slaughter everyone. There is just no beating a mouse when it comes to aiming.

So having bought the back to karkand pack... I think it's been a bit of a rip so far.
Why is gulf of Oman the only map that seems to work online?
I think I played rush at karkand once and now that's seldom seen. Never seen any servers with wake (my favourite) or sharqi (another fave).
What's going on?

What's going on? Make sure your searching for ALL game types - at lot of times on the B2K it changes to conquest assault - a different tick box on the server browser.
