So annoying when the team is getting humped by planes and choppers and no one will get into my tank and work the citv, I'm more than happy to swap and to try and encourage it i will swap to the citv seat when someone does get in. It could change a game I reckon plus its a nice little point earner.
I was on earlier and managed to strike up a partnership with a random and we were scoring 4-500 points for a heli kill each.

I generally always ride with guided shells and jav's but I can count on one hand the number of times i've struck up a decent partnership with someone that's prepared to do the other half of the trade.
I've only recently started to play as a sniper and unlocked the M417 which is a great little number (I use the M416 in assult - after using the FAMAS and AUG for a run, I've gone back to it as I seem to be better with it).
However, I keep on getting kicked by various admin when I use the M417 (with a red dot, not a scope). Generally I cehck the 'rules' and this never seem to be an specified, unlike M203's/shotguns etc.
Could it be because I use it with the reddot, and its some kind of unwritten rule? Or is it just because my KDR is too high and the admins are bad losers?
I had three in a row the other day where I was kicked, and I was only at around 2:1 KDR....odd.

I've just bought it, (Second hand) so had to buy an Online Pass too. Quite enjoying it, only played 3 matches so far, but completed the Campaign.

Back to Karkand most got with the version of the game they bought, its seemless with the original maps, they are good maps so I would recommend it, unless of course its in what you bought which I guess is likely?
Close Quarters and Armoured Kill I would leave to see how much you are enjoying the game, as the names suggest the former is up close and personal, no vehicles and I would say very COD like, the latter has huge maps with lots of vehicles. In case you haven't worked it out already there is Premium which gives you access to all of the DLC and is cheaper if you are going to buy all.
There are other packs you can download which gives you weapons unlocks, personally I wouldn't do this, the game will be slog to start with, with or without these and there is a lot of fun to be had in unlocking things.
What platform are you on? Each have active platoons (clans) on here.
So, since they nerfed the canister shell on tanks by preventing quick switching from AT shell to canister, I've been loving the HMG. Barely used I think, takes a bit of getting used to but actually rather good. For troops, You get immediate follow-up if you miss with your main gun. Two shots to kill, and at range it's brilliant.

I didn't know about that nerf, that's a bugger. Don't suppose seat switching works around it?A lot of changes have been for the worse to me.
The 9K-22 is now so hopeless it is a joke.
The Out of Bounds areas are now massive and I spend so much time getting killed in the spawn area it is silly.
The tank MG can take 2-3 seconds of direct hits to kill a person, I mean really?!?!
The aircraft seem to take out vehicles in seconds now whereas before it took two passes most of the time.
The 9K-22 is now so hopeless it is a joke.

What game types are you all playing? I've had some real good matches on Conquest recently, actually taking the objectives rather than playing it like a TDM. Does no one speak on it? I haven't got a mic but couldn't hear anyone talking. Would make the game far better if people did talk.

Couldn't disagree more. Hearing some pre-pubescent French boy witter on is exactly what I don't want to hear. I might be the odd one out but I only want to hear people I've chosen to listen to (i.e PH'ers) on TS/Skype.Detailed crossbow info...

Oh no, not those.. I've already muted a few of them. But I remember back in the BF2 days, people would work as a team, fighting together to keep certain flags and letting others know where the enemy was coming from.
