OP
As I'm spending a lot of time setting up my 550PP cars I thought it would be fun to make it competitive, so if anyone is up for this feel free to join in.

Each circuit will last one week. The winner will need to submit the best lap reply to me (PSN tyrereviews)

This week I thought it would be good to start with Grand Valley easy as it's quite a quick lap. As always, only accepted timed laps count, not the laps that go red. Normal PP rules apply (no race / RM cars, but aero ok)

75 laps. yikes

I expect I will have time for about 10 laps. This will give me something else to do durring the times I cant get into games though.

I know, it got a bit silly. Might not have been that many but i was there for a fe whours was going through every setup change possible which is a lot of combinations! (putting the diff to full, min, varying amounts, same with toe, camber, ride height etc)

My best time was the 3rd lap or something. By the time I'd finished it I forgot what setup i used too frown

I'll put in some laps later, it'll give me something to do other than take pictures.

Do we need to be on sports hard tyres or is it anything as long as your within 550pp?

2 things:

1. Is this online or offline practice?

2. The replays will be massive if people are doing loads of laps, are you going to sit through it all? Lol

Jon - I managed two 1.07 something laps (only did 2 laps) with my new car. 2.5 secs faster than my 430 and 1.5 secs quicker than my 458.

I was never going to be a contender in this but would love to see what someone quick could do with the car smile

1) Offline
2) When offline you have the option to "save fastest lap" which only saves the best lap smile

What are you trying to use? My main cars are the 458, the scud, and now I've got an R8 and LFA (though I don't like it under hard breaking) and they're all very grippy unless I provoke them. What are you doing set up wise?

An NSX type R, it's amazing offline ad grips like the proverbial. It's just online it slides about a lot more and the rear is a lot more loose.

I have a set up off the Internet (quite a lot of changed tbh) and as I said, offline it's immense, online it's poor frown

Jon - I will add to the list when I'm at a computer smile
