Thrilled to be able to finally get out of the house after surgery (no where near Chris's complexity of procedure however!) and I haven't shot a landscape in ages! I intended to try a pano but I have a terrible tripod and it was just far too difficult hehe Awful weather for much of today but the sunset was really good. I noticed late but hopefully not too late.

Woah, I need a tripod!

Not really enough movement on the lake for the motion blur I was looking for.

Tried to get a decent picture of what I think was a Solar Halo the other night. Typically I couldn't find anything exciting to put in the foreground.

As usual breaks many rules but comes out looking great! I particularly like the two branches crossing each other.

Just realised I hadn't added you on Flickr yet, done now!

I can't help but this guy has some superb pictures of mud if you need inspiration.

I got one shot today before I ran away. Crap effort but I was cold.

Quick (and probably stupid) question, how close to the edge do you need to be to get shots of that lighthouse? It's on my list of places to go but I have a rational fear of cliff edges
