All of those sound like they'll be very busy 24 hrs a day - certainly I wouldn't stop outside some of them for fear of causing an accident. Most of them are on clearways also.
What car is it, and what sort of pics are you after? I quite like the old Hoover building on the A40, and there's always the Ace. Or tunnels (Tooley St).

I keep driving past the Hoover building and keep thinking it would be a great backdrop (esp at night) but I don't think there is easy vehicular access without barriers etc. Might be wrong as I have never stopped to check What car is it, and what sort of pics are you after? The Lloyds building would be no problem...you can also park infront of St Paul's or pretty close enough I think.

Yes, maps.google.com.Type in each location in your list and hit search.
When the map appears, you can use the zoom buttons to zoom in and out.

Round the back of Battersea Power Station? You could probably position the car better than I did.

Chelsea Bridge is a possibility at night as well.
In front of Tate Britain on Millbank?
Thought that this was a cool location too, I have been trying to find it, anyone any ideas? Looking at the view it must be around the vicinity of the O2.
