Sadly I know virtually nothing about fungi, but when I was out today I spotted this little group growing on a bed of pine needles and thought it might make an interesting shot. I've no idea what sort it is, any info please fellas?
I should think that it's a group of rather old looking fly agaric (Amanita muscaria). Classic toadstool looks and pretty poisonous. Always looks quite cool when you find it in the woods though

I should think that it's a group of rather old looking fly agaric (Amanita muscaria). Classic toadstool looks and pretty poisonous. Always looks quite cool when you find it in the woods though First time I've seen any. I was a bit surprised to see it covered in flies on a bitterly cold day in November!
