Sunday morning by Pen Ponds in Richmond Park. The ponds were frozen 1-2 inches thick, never seen that before!

Managed to get super close to this Wild fox at the weekend - never been this close to a Fox before, so to be this close and have the right kit to hand was a treat.

Pyrrhosoma nymphula aka large red damsel. Three or four by my garden pond today. Cobham Surrey.

Got a new camera recently and have been playing around with it a bit. Here is my favourite picture I have snagged so far. Sort of nature (got green stuff in it). Taken at Aberdulais Tin Works in South Wales.

Need to work on focussing and getting the correct shutter speed for these shots to work. Always aim to have the eye tac sharp for starters.

I find it slightly difficult - I don't have perfect eyesight and working out whether the autofocus has done its job does challenge me.
