Being a luddite I don't know how to open these here

Also most of my pics on my laptop are around 4-5mb but I see you can only go up to 2mb, can anybody tell me how I can reduce their size please, I don't have anything like photoshop, etc...

open the photo you want (on flickr)
just click onto the square button with the arrow coming out of it (bottom right), which will highlight the link(blue)
hover over the blue area then right click, click copy,
then come back here, then right click paste.

Just tried that but did not see a square button with an arrow, obviously I do not need to sign in as you managed it but all I can see are a fav, share and download key at the bottom right, god I must be thick....
