Had a go at light painting last night after reading a thread on here a week or so back:
Hints / tips welcome.
Not bad for an early attempt. You're losing the top of the car into the gloaming though, so you can do either or both of: longer exposure to get some light in the b/g for separation, lightpaint the edges of the car to give some rim lighting. It'd also benefit from some light in the interior & a bit more on the nearside f3/4.Hints / tips welcome.

Thanks for the feedback. First time I've tried this but I can see where to improve it, just need to figure out how! Canvas roof is an issue so may try back lighting or just drop the roof.boxsternoob56 said:

Stuart, its exactly the same principle as when I lightpainted your car:Porsche Boxster S by khalid.bari80, on Flickr
You get a different effect with a black car as just the highlights show up but otherwise the same thing.
