My new car, it was hard getting rid of my V8 but I'm enjoying this as a replacement so far...

Just a phone snap on the beach, didn't have the proper camera with me.

Phone cameras are getting better with colours!

Lovely, crisp Lancia above.

Lumia 1020, the output of that thing is incredible considering it's a phone.

Although I suppose it's possible I tweaked the levels a bit before posting...

That has been edited surely? Look at the graining around the colourful bit of the sky

ETA: Must remember to read to the end of a thread before commenting on something part way through

Ok, ok, here's the original straight from the phone (albeit resized down from the ridiculous 47 mega-pixel size):

I realise now I might have messed the sky up a bit but it didn't have any heavy adjustments applied!

@_dobbo_ : you can't compare cars with people.
Cars can be well maintain or not, and the difference between an good and stunning portfolio and a bad one, is the car condition.
I can't waste my time and shoot cars that has rust all over, very faded paint, rims in bad shape, marks from car accident, and so on... what's the point of it? is like going to shoot in the car junk yard.
If you consider other wise, be my guess and waste your time shooting cars in bad shape, cause i'm not, i rather wait for a decent car, and by decent i don't mean a ferrari.

Take care and Good Light.

Total oversteer here but I was set up for panning shots, almost got it too.

was a lot of fun trying to get decent panning shots, being overcast I thought it would help having a slow shutter.. But nope, didn't really!

Few randoms...

The GTR seemed to be every 4th car as it was so bloody fast.

This guy was going for it!

Hey man it was just some advice, take it or leave it, it doesn't bother me a jot that you don't value it and won't listen. Good luck with your chosen career path.

It was the first hillclimb of the year in Guernsey, always a good event to get to with everything going up from sand racers to GTRs, etc and a load of nutters on bikes

I'm in the boot of a Skoda Octavia, I direct the lead car and shoot when it's in the correct place. Probably 1/15th shutter speed

Well very well pulled off! Can't be easy to keep it in focus. Tripod I presume?

Great pictures from Spa! I was impressed how easy it was to get anywhere on the track and can shoot from practically any spot.
