Why are there so few car photographs?

Oops. It was a quick edit for instagram haha. I'm just experimenting with taking photos and editing and I'm enjoying it, I'm using a cheapy Canon 1100d, i think I'd like to upgrade to a 650d, you reckon that's a good next step? I shoot cars and I want to try some night photography of stars etc.
Don't worry about it - it's the same as anything else in life, it all comes together with experience. We've all been where you were!Is there anything about the 1100D that you feel is currenty holding you back from doing something you could with the 650D? I'm not familiar with either body specifically but from a quick google it seems that despite the price-difference there are some significant 'real-world' advantages over the 650D including high-ISO noise performance and better battery-life. I don't think you'd really gain anything with the 650D to be honest, maybe spend the money on a lens which allows you to try something different instead?

I have been trying out taking some of my photos and using PS to give a more 'art' look to them - thinking that they may look good as mini-posters or a canvas type print...
What are peoples thoughts - do you like them or am I out on a limb here :-)

Quick and dirty test of my new Yongnuo triggers tonight. One on camera, one on the Speedlite, one in my hand triggering the other two. Worked quite well – excuse the slightly messy edit!

Now that is one good looking car I had a bit of free time this evening so thought I would do a bit of monochrome editing with my favourite pictures from yesterday...not perfect as I only had an hour or so but I like how they came out...
