I've spent the past 90 mins searching for an answer to your question. I live in Ireland and that photo was taken at Cars and Coffee on a recent Sunday in Dublin ( Bray ). It looks to me like an Alfa of some sort??

I'm trawling through the hard drive now to see if the car pops up in other Pics.
