Don't think the top one needed the streak George - great shot without it!
I have to agree, without the red streak it would have been one of your best shots ever ...

Number 3 is rather good too ...

We've got one at work you might just like, I'll post some pics after she's been on Channel 4 on Sunday night...

For now though, just another boring Lambo! (...that I'm a little bit in love with)

Great advertising shot for the wheels .... I personally find the yellow poles a little distracting though ...

Not sure if you're old enough to remember a magazine called Fast Lane, but it's photographers and the images they produced were iconic, made the magazine what it was and one of the main reasons why it is remembered so so fondly by so many.

Your work is so reminiscent of that magazine it's uncanny.

In my humble opinion I think your works consistently outshines pretty much every automotive photographer out there and definitely shows those who rely heavily on 'post' what truly creative automotive photography is all about.

I've got a near complete set of Fast Lane magazines stored in my garage. A few issues sadly went missing (including the first) during a house move at some point.
You want to hang on to those. They may be worth something one day ...

This has massive potential, but I think with the bike so bright the viewer expects the background to be brighter too. I'd tone down the bike a bit smile
I'd personally tone down the bike a bit too if it was me lighting, however from what I've seen I think its a bit of Phil's signature style to make the highlights on the subject vividly bright relative to the background so it goes with your previous work.
I did try photoshopping some volumetric light on there to suggest a bright light source aimed at the bike. But it didn't look good enough to go with
I may be going against the grain, but I like it the way it is and think the lighter bike on the darker background really works.
