It's a bit complicated because obviously the 'Fantastic moment' is the head in the picture frame but what about the extra legs?

No its nothing so complicated. Its just his jumper has a white band on it that is almost the same width and angle as the picture frame surround. The photo is genuine in my opinion, just looks really odd.
