Safety issue, intermittent loss of power, no ideas why either
Most amazing piece of it all is that they've only delivered 2,500 units so far!

Not sure how much the sales channels will have caused that, but you can be sure that DJI pushing forward the 'launch' of the Mavic (along with some heavy handed social promotion) will have had a big effect. It's still a couple of million dollars in a couple of weeks - not bad for the off season.

Bloody hell, Mavics are selling for £750 to £1000 extra over RRP on Ebay. I should have ordered ten and make a nice profit! smile

My one is currently being checked up by DJi in Holland. So far I can't complain about their customer service

Given there are a few more machines due out soon, someone's going to be disappointed when they pay so much over the odds smile

Nope its a new M600 pro.

My mate is pissed off in the extreme.

He spent $10,000ish on the M600 less than a month ago, it had a firmware problem so was out of service for the first 2.5 weeks. He's actually only had it 7 days and 20min of flight time.

And now its replaced by a new better model with carry case and removable legs. Different airframe too so no upgrade.

M600 improvements were announced a few days ago.

DJI event kicks off today in LA @ 11.30am PST so we shall know some time this evening.

It does look good! Finally monitor included with the controller. I still prefer Mavic for its size, even for the price of worse IQ.

Inspire 2 looks amazingly good, well out of my price range. Phantom 4 pro looks good too but will still go for the Mavic as portability is one of the main requirements for me

Think I'll wait 6 months to get the usual DJI Beta testing out of the way.

Not a single issue with my Mavic... No dropped signal, nothing.
Apart from me flying it like a moron of course smile

Just got a quotation and paid for repair - £289 for replaced gimbal, two new arms and new body panels.
Really quick and efficient.

Inspire 2 is a ballache too.

New cameras are not compatible with the old inspire, so you have to upgrade it all for only a minimal improvement, if you want to.
