Nice Mark. Very nice.

I didn't realise it is possible to use "flip" on a layer in C1. Is it a Mac only feature?

wink

I eat 1/4 of one of those in 1977. I came down in 1979.

Re: Lakes. I lived near Keswick for a couple of years 2003/4

Loweswater is often overlooked, and the fell above (and the VERY nice Kirkstile Inn)

as is the west side of Crummock

East side a given

and Buttermere... well documented (of course)

The Newlands Valley and route from Keswick to Buttermere/Crummock Water is often overlooked, there's a pulling in spot near the top with a suitably scenic waterfall nearby and good views back towards Keswick.

And Haweswater - whilst well off the beaten path - is a brilliant location, well worth the drive and a few hours exploration.

Blea Tarn in the Little Langdale Valley is very well known but has good views back towards the Langdale Pikes. Personally though I'll take a wander up the side of Lingmoor Fell (same place pretty much), with a bit of altitude the views really open up:

(My photo's aren't up to Mr Carters quality but trust me, they're great spots.) And it's well worth having a look through Paul Bullen's Flickr as he's got some great shots in some brilliant spots in the Lake District.

Keswick is a good place to base out of incidentally.

"Adult Content" when I click on the links that don't show.

You have either discovered some perverse form of aerial intercourse or Yahoo have finally totally lost the plot.

Have Vulcans always had camouflage patterns underneath? Seems an odd thing.

Of course in the early days they were not camouflaged at all.

Hmm.

Clearly not

As I recall from, err, um, a long time ago, the undersides were originally a rather plain sky blending sort of colour.

ETA.

A much better example of the colour scheme from the 70s.

When you click share there's a choice of sizes to share it at. Choose medium 534x800.
