Random Photos : Part 4
Discussion
About 2 years ago after reading Rob's excellent astrophotography guide I found the darkest place within 100 miles of me and drove there at 1:30am in minus temperatures. I'd read a lot about how to expose for the stars and when I got home I was bitterly disappointed to see that my images were overexposed. I had a go anyway, stitching together a few images but it was all washed out and rubbish.
This morning when I was meant to be working but was instead chatting with the cleaner about the night sky, something occurred to me. I hadn't ruined the shots (although they were a little too long on the exposure front), I just didn't know how to process them; something I learnt about a year later. It's always good to revisit old RAW files! Ramble over.
I might make it in to a bookmark.

Before i post in this thread i usually look back a page or two to comment on some photos that look particularly good, but every photo posted on the previous page is brilliant. Top work everyone!
I couldn't find the random nature photo's thread, so there are going here instead!
These two Fallow stags had got their antlers hooked. The dark one was the clear 'loser' but couldn't release himself from the other stag.
