And does a very good job of it. Great picture.

I bought a load of old mf lenses off eBay but have been using then on dx. Put the 20mm on my friends D700. That was a mistake, D700 arriving from WEX sometime this week!

Interesting pic DD.

Quite like its tone.

That said I thought they had finished the building years ago - is the project running really late?

A taster of my trip today to Yosemite National Park in California, where I arrived shortly before sunrise at Tunnel View to capture this photo...

Cheers - have installed Magic Lantern on the 6D so was trying out 5 shot bracketting to try and get a realistic HDR. If the aim is to replicate what the eye can see it's amazing how far off a single exposure is - surely HDR is the only way to achieve a realistic image ?! Anyhoo - a 5 image pano with each shot a 5 shot HDR, all good fun. smile

And yes it is actually finished (despite the 'scaffolding'!).

Nice sky colours, but photos can never really do this place justice, I'm sure you'll agree.

I bought a red snapper tripod recently. Nothing to compare it to, but it seems a well made product for £60. This is my first attempt at some night shots

^^^ Nice work! thumbup

I also bought a Redsnapper Tripod recently - the current model is a vast improvement on the original one I had previously, feels a seriously well made bit of kit now, recommended smile
