Thanks! I've just agreed to do a talk/Q&A for COAP (centre of aviation photography) at the end of may, focussing on my helo work. Not sure if I'm excited or incredibly bloody nervous about it yet. Will be a new challenge though!

Was out and about on a VERY windy Wells beach on Wednesday, finally remembered my G16, finally feeling like I'm getting to grips with it!

Also had a play with GIMP for the first time tonight... got to explore some compression; it turned a jpeg from c.6mb into about 18mb! :O

These guys looked like they were having a great time zipping along!

Although the 2nd pic isn't as sharp as I would have liked, I did like the dusty sand blowing across the foreground.

I know this is fully blown (1st shot of the day - I like to shoot in manual) but I like the windswept bleakness?
