Once a year our village quardrouples it's population with a load of nuts who do the Celtman extreme Triathlon (3.8k sea swim, 202k cycle ride, 42k run over two 3000 ft hills). Daft or what. Anyway. Muggins here takes the photos (apart from the one's on the hill, I'm not that stupid)

Yeah, kitchen sink processing. General levels/curves , orton, but of dodging and burning, adjusting local colour etc. Its somewhat over processed but you have to do that sometimes 
Left is raw defaults, mid is raw once into photoshop ( levels, contrast, WB and vibrance etc) right is finished
