First shot with the new 5Dsr, had to give it some kind of test this weekend before we head off to Hawaii next week for our honeymoon (a year later than planned) biggrin

Hertfordshire is so crap and boring for landscape photography but there are two locations I know I can rely on. This is one of them.

Saturday I had a quick mission to Mackenzie county/lake tekapo area, not a lot of shots worked out but you do what you can.

One from the Perseids Meteor Shower last night.

Happy to be corrected by someone more intelligent.. but I believe the long slightly greener line, in front of the milky way, is a Meteor (the shorter whiter line towards the centre of the picture is definitely a satellite)

A few from my nephew's wedding, they did ask if I wanted to do the photo's but as said on here many a time it's not something that should be taken on if your not used to doing this sort of thing. So just wandered around doing my own stuff with no pressure and enjoying the day . Using the 150mm 2.8 macro and a 24-70mm 2.8 I shot 500+ and got about 150 keepers so quite pleased with that.
