It's nice enough I just pop too many shots from here !!
I can see why you would, though - if there was something that appealing close to me, I'd have a lot too.

Just back from Torridon. There are no words to describe it adequately... so see below for half an idea...

Not only August but the middle of the day too!

Inexplicable.

I could imagine how that might work as a very large print. Wall size probably.

Very good indeed.

Out of interest - see how different the light is in winter when we get high pressure from the north, not south. Not most people's cup of tea I know, but it's when I like it the best up here. The air is so 'thin' distant horizons are razor sharp. (Mind you, driving a Caterham can be interesting.) You'll know exactly where I was standing when I took this Mike.

BTW I mentioned to DD - for anyone interested ITV tomorrow (Sunday) night 7 pm - Julian Clary did some Pine Marten filming from my house - it finally made it through the edit. I've no idea what it's like… but you'll be pleased to know I stay WELL behind the camera.

Really want to start doing some night time shots, tried the other day but the light pollution round here is rubbish frown

ITV Sunday 7pm - the planner is set!

Agree completely about the light btw - been up once in the winter and it was definitely sharper smile

If people can't be arsed to spend an hour on ITV (which I would fully understand), I just got a press clip. http://www.itv.com/presscentre/ep3week34/nature-nu...

Some randoms from Headcorn Combined Operations on Saturday.

Haven't seen the Vulcan in the air for about 30 odd years. Still makes me go wow.

One of these always makes me stand and watch.
