Having a few spare hours to myself, I managed to find a spot where I could see the Tor without Power lines or buildings.

Well the fundamental issue is that the sky is blown as the camera has exposed for the landscape - you could try filters or perhaps take multiple shouts and combine then later? As it stands there's not much you can do (if you had a RAW file it would be different...)Here is mine

Also it's a bit flat looking but easily fixed up in photoshop or suchlike - you could some contrast for instance.
