After a trip to Bath, I couldn't resist this:

A copy of one of the most remarkable photographs ever.

Indeed.

A thoroughly interesting place to visit. There were quite a number in the house but the Fox-Talbot photography exhibition by the entrance was empty.

The only times I've been to Bath before was to watch rugby, so this was my first visit to F-T's house. The day before I went to the Herschel museum, another first for me. I didn't know the two blokes were muckers.

Anyone interested in the history of photography, then it must be a must visit.

The standard of photography on this thread continues to impress and inspire every time I look. The variety is fantastic too. Well done all, keep it up.

Look like a git, until everyone else starts running around, then they do.

Just starting to sift through the images from a recent trip to New Zealand and Hong Kong. I didn't make the very early starts that some people here manage and the weather was a bit wet at Milford Sound and Mount Cook, but what stunning scenery!

On Monday night whilst out in Indiana for the 500 I went to see the World of Outlaws Sprint Cars race at Lawrenceburg. Mega nights racing (check out the highlights video on YouTube, it's worth it). It was great to also find NASCAR stars Kyle Larson, Kasey Kahne and Rico Abreu all taking part.

Impressive stuff Lloyd.

Love the details you find that clearly tell the story as well as the overall quality of the results.

I can imagine it would be very easy to be sucked into the activities around the shoot and miss the opportunities that tell the main parts of the story in single shot. You seem to get a great mix on every shoot you do.
