Feedback always welcome, still getting to grips with Lightroom, composition etc. Do we have a thread for feedback?

Thanks. Been a couple of weeks since we've seen anything from I think, I trust we will soon?
If I'm honest enthusiasm has waned a little and I feel like I've done all the local stuff to death so I tend to restrict myself largely to holiday trips and the like nowdays. Having said that I was at the bridge tonight - it was crap! Snails said:

I was hoping you were going to cover the installation of what the press seemed to be claiming was the last section of "the bridge". Disappointing for you if the conditions don't make for a decent result.
The last lift was last Friday it seems - www.bbc.co.uk/news/uk-scotland-38854057Hope they clear away the cranes etc soon so we can see it in its final form

Thank you. I saw the video for Castle on the Hill - Ed Sheeran and the very last scene of the video was shot from where my photo was taken and I hoped it would be a nice shot, I wanted to get there earlier, but took a wrong turn driving down country lanes. Bit of winter pratice

And still a lot of stuff that sounds like it might need cranes.
And the installation of the wind baffle system that sounds like its a 200% requirement for the thing to be at all usable ... can't help but think that might just make the aesthetics a tad tricky photographically thinking but I suppose we will have no idea on that until they start to install them.
Very old shot from me and a repost after 7 years, but while we're on the topic of the bridge...
I took this in 2010 from the Forth Road Bridge footpath when they were drilling/surveying for a location for the new bridge.
I used to commute over it every evening and took my camera with me every day for over a year in the hope that weather/sunset conditions were just right. The drilling platform had been there for a few weeks, but conditions were dismal and I gave up trying to get a good shot of it.
The day I got this, I was sitting in my office in the city centre and noticed the unusually colourful sunset. I drove like I'd never driven before - and then ran like I'd never run before (which isn't saying much, to be fair) - and made it to a suitable spot on the footpath just in time for the last few seconds of sunset. Within a minute of taking the shot, the sky was colourless.
