In a moment of rash foolishness I've signed up to do a couple of hours worth of a sponsored bike ride as part of my attempt to become "SlimmedDownFool"

I quite fancy doing a little timelapse sdtyle video - is there anything fairly small (not too botrhered about res, it's just for fun) & cheap that I could mount on the bike to then give me a timelapse of the ride?

Just idly musing! smile

You might find an "app" for you phone that'll do it but that depends on how pot-bellied you are, and whether the battery will last long enough for you to complete it wink You'll need a handlebar mount of course, although a bit of duct tape will do.

Lapse it on andriod phone works. Free aswell, or the pro version for a couple of quid.

Good luck with the ride.

There are a few time lapse apps for the Nokia WP8 phones which I have used (never on my bike I hasten to add)

They seem to work pretty well for the small bit of experimentation I have done. Always done this near a power source so not sure how long it would last otherwise?? (Two hours is the longest so far)

A GoPro with handlebar/chest mount would be the ideal. If it is only for one event what about hiring/borrowing one?
