Equally hot the rest of the weekend, esp. Sat pm - my mate John went home with his customary bright-red face (he will discover sun-tan lotion one day...).

Missed the Jota firing up and doing the parade lap, sadly, but saw most other stuff, got to sit in that mint Hako-Suka (original Skyline GT-R), and spent too long drooling over 7 F1s*. Walked past your old crowd on Sunday (think I saw the Beetle Brigade over on the far side as I drove out... ).

Oh, and got to meet a certain chap called Stirling! He very nicely posed for a photo for me too...



* Some pratt had broken the rear plexi-screen on the Lark car - tried to lift it up by the open rear-edge of the screen, not realising it's screwed down. Not sure if public or related to the car...got the impression public!!!
