Is that a verb or a noun*?

* Or an adjective, maybe, but that doesn't fit with the joke...

Not Liverpool, they would of been long gone with the chain.
I take it I'm the only one who saw any irony, here?
Those chains are very irony.

I am not quite so old as those kids but the photo brought back memories. Thanks for posting.

I know Hitler has had a bit of a bad press, what with the mass murders and stuff, but to give him his due, he made some wonderful playgrounds for kids after the war. A land mine was dropped on houses about 10 doors away from where I was born. We used to call it the park.
This reminds me of The Otterbury Incident which I read as a child. Hadn't thought about it for years.
Kicking a football through a window? Kids' stuff.

Together with some friends, I burnt down three 'skyscrapers' as we called them. There were tenement blocks of about 5 stories. On a positive note, they turned the area into a park - Island Gardens - on the Isle of Dogs, so all in all, a good thing.

We also rode a train in Dandriges, a local building suppliers, but it went faster than we thought it would and it burst through the 'buffers' we'd made and ended up in a trench. No real upside to that bit of fun apart from Tom losing a tooth and looking cool.

Then, some years later, we fired a rocket at a bus. It went in the rear entrance, up the stairs and then exploded on the top deck. There was no description, no arrest at the time, so no evidence as to offendrs but it didn't stop the local beat bobby coming to the scout evening and hitting me in the head. So all down for that one.

Great stuff. And I bet they said you'd never make anything of yourself.

Not really. It reminded me of this one, that I took a year ago.

Good to see a Prius get the treatment it so richly deserves.
