If it's the one driven by the Somalian dude who had a choice of either no headlights at all or high beam and therefore decided the best strategy was to do 95 down the M23 in pitch darkness without lights, I left more than a tip... I think I was so scared I actually prolapsed my own rectum at one point

Are all Prius the same? I've taken two Ubers back from London to rural home. Both had almost non-existent headlights and they had to keep flicking on their high beams to see more than 3 feet in front of them.
