The photos taken must be your own work
The competition will run from the first to the last day of the month.
The winner from the previous month decides on the topic for following month and judges it at the end of the month
All entrants acknowledge that they may indeed win and that their adherence to convention ensures everyone else's continued fun.
Photos entered should be no bigger than 750 pixels wide for a landscape photo and 600 pixels high for a portrait photo due to the PH squash factor. Links to larger versions are permissible.

Thanks everyone for the entries to this months comp, without further ado the top 3 in reverse order:-
In third place, the first photo added to the thread this month, and one that I wondered would make it all the way through to the end without being pushed out of my top 3 slots as the month wore on, kman's shot of the Exige surround by autumn colours:-
In second place, Dogsey's macro shot of some fungi, great detail and love the background bokeh:-
And top of this months entries is Yellabelly's stag in the woods, just the colours I was hoping to see in this months entries:-
