Ouch...good deal is that. I'm after a nice wide angle lens.

What I'm really hanging out for is a good deal on a decent camera though.....Do they actually show all the upcoming deals? Or is it possible for 'em to pop up unannounced?

At the moment a G16 comes up tomorrow and Olympus OM-D E-M5 Portrait Grip Kit was on for £749.

From what I can see they keep adding deals, so if you check then check again an hour later, several deals may have been added that were not there before.

Canon EOS M with 22mm lens and lens adapter, flash coming up at 2pm today.

The regular price looks quite high compared to some of the deals that have been around recently but a decent discount could make it a reasonable proposition. That is - if you are OK with a white one.

Quite a few other cameras popping up it seems - something for most people I would think.

The Fuji XM-1 twin lens kit with the third lens free from Fuji looks good at £449.

You can buy an mount adapter - no electronics to worry about. There is a theory that getting the Nikon fit provides potentially double the market if and when you come to sell on.

That was what I was going to do - even bought the adapter - but there is a difference in the lens aperture ring width iirc so I stuck with the Canon version.

Wish some deals would come up on Nikon lenses. They never do though because quality costs and tat like Samyang is a waste of money.

Not trying to be argumentative at all, I'm just curious. The Samyang has had very good reviews and I think several people on here have had them and rated them pretty highly considering the price.
