I bought one last year from ebay for £55 and have to say that it is very good for the money. The quality is more than adequate and it has a load of fixings bundled with it too. The mounts are all GoPro compatible so you can use GoPro mounts etc. Here is an example of a video from last summer. Quality is much better on the (uncompressed) original. Youtube has compressed it to death, but you should get an idea of the colours etc... https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=OZirVz8cUCI
I also took it underwater snorkelling and there was no leaking at all in the housing.
ETA - mine isn't branded as SJCAM, but is exactly the same. There are a few 'different' SJ4000's around - actually all the same.

Yep as others have said not all those sold as SJ4000's are real. There's a few youtube video's of how to tell the difference if you google techmoan the guy that runs that has done reviews and has footage that you can download uncompressed. I think the simplest way of telling is you need one with SJCam on the front.
I bought the version with wifi and it's a pretty handy bit of kit. There's an SJ5000 (again there are fakes) out now or soon too with a higher framerate which is my only complaint for an action cam 60fps would be good.
