Had a look at the Lowepro this afternoon. It's a very snug fit, a bit too snug for my liking and strangely enough it seemed to make the overall package bulky. I am wondering whether the Canon case makes it a less bulky package overall.

It doesn't. It's great quality (defect aside) but it's also massive.

Thanks for the feedback. Think I may cancel my order for it then and continue my search.
