You mentioned LED lighting at the beginning. This typically produces a very narrow peaky colour spectrum compared to tungsten which can really effect the colours of illuminated objects. Has been an issue in the broadcast industry as they have moved to LED lighting, I saw a lecture on it but forget the details. Worth reading up on. Arri website has some videos.
