Apologies - I didn't provide much info did I - although all available on flikr.

The almost monochrome one is 300mm f5.6 1/2000, iso400 I was pretty close to the fencing.

Thanks - f5.6 is the limit of my lens at 300mm but I'll give it ago. The fence where I was was probable 15m away and the track 35m - the nearer you can get to the fence the more it disappears. I wanted to stop it down a bit as the sharpness improves a little when away from the extremes, you can't aways win and its what do you want to compromise on
