Transferring Photos via WiFi - RX100 III

I'm trying to transfer photos from my RX100 III to my phone/tablet. I can get the two items to pair up, but whilst the phone says "Connected", the camera just says "Sharing..." but nothing actually happens.

Is there anyone else who has this camera who might have an idea where I'm going wrong?

Not a stupid question at all... No I'm not using an app, which one? I can't see anything about it in the manual?

Never mind! Just found an extra little booklet in the cupboard, it must have fallen out of the bag.
