More seriously... you can get nice bokeh with either FF or crop. The quality of the bokeh depends on the lens I believe but you'll get a bit more of it on FF as the depth of field will be narrower. I think!

Full frame is the equivalent of about 1.2 more stops I think so you need a much faster lens for the same framing to get the same shallow dof on a crop camera.


The 50mm f1.8 on a FF will give you a very shallow dof.

It acts like a 85mm f2.8 in comparison on a crop

Hope you enjoy it as much as I do mine. Downsized all my gear from D3 down to the Fuji. So far am enjoying it tremendously. So light but still so capable. Only disappointed with low light high ISO, but the D3 was great at that so not really a fair comparison I think.

AFIk the 10-20's are all 'HSM' so should autofocus on any old stinky nikon.
