Lowepro stuff on Ebay from China - is it all fake????

I'm after a new bag - something a bit larger than my current one, preferably with a separate section to put my sarnies and maybe my water proof in.

Had seen the Lowe pro rover aw 11 - available for about £35.99 on ebay from china - which to me screams fake but many of the reviews seem to be positive.

Any experience - OR recommendation for a similar bag?
Took a punt on the bag I mentioned above - it arrived in pretty quick time from China marked as a low value gift.

The labels on the bag almost 100% confirm to me its fake but the quality of the bag is seems high - stitching, zips etc all seem good quality.

The bag is also damn good. swallows all my kit with space for some sarnies & a waterproof!

Even has a hidden tripod carrier.

Of course it weighs about the same as an elephant when loaded.

Happy with it though.

I've had a fake Nikon bag for over 10 years (basically a small Lowepro design with a Nikon badge on). It's done all my weddings and been as far as NZ and Canada. Still works fine - and only £25 from eBay. (Better still, it came with a few freebies I didn't want so resold them for about £20!)

I thought it had been free for some time. Just goes to show how wrong one can be.

I note the compatibility information does not mention Windows 10. Perhaps just an oversight?

It's taking a while to download. Must be popular ...

Mike, it looks like this might actually be bought within the last 12 months, so you may be ok.

(I've actually bought it twice, once a boxed version of Silver Efex Pro, a few years ago, and then about 18 monthgs ago, the full Nik suite from Google, neither of which I can claim for!!!)

Great news for me, I was thinking of buying it!

Sorry if you've just missed out on the refund date, that sucks.

I paid the full £95 last September so wrote an email to say how unfair the arbitrary cut off date was. Quick, helpful emails returned promptly and a full refund into the bank account! Job done.

Raided the alleged tax slush fund eh?

On the basis that all cut off dates are arbitrary I wonder how far one might co back with any and all compensayshun claims?

Hi guys. Is £40 about right for sensor cleaning? Need to get mine done and this is what the local camera shop charge.

Sounds about right but try and make sure they know what they're doing - my local camera place made a right arse of mine...

He's just done another article, comparing it to the Olympus Pen-F and the new OM 300mm lens. It holds up well at screen size.
