I've been keeping my gob shut as I didn't believe it would happen myself but..... The BBC used some of my footage of Strathy Point Lighthouse on Songs of Praise. I had an email today saying it was aired on October 16th, I went the IPlayer and sure enough it was there.

For anybody in my neck of the woods (or forest), the New Forest Verderers are about to become "anti-drone" if reports in the local press are to be believed.

The catalyst for this appears to have been horse riders experiencing incidents of their horses being spooked by drones. Some of the riders in question being persons of not inconsiderable local influence, the Verderers are being encouraged to do something to enforce the local bylaw which prohibits the use of remote-controlled aircraft within the Forest boundaries.

That gives a deep sense of foreboding. It reminds me of scenes from the last season of The 100. Very atmospheric.
