That's pretty cool, what software do you use for that - does it come with the Typhoon?
The flying and photography is all built into the Typhoon - you can plan a route and get it to take photos automatically. Other than watching it fly around, you just stand there like a lemon. The processing after the flight can be done with a few different apps, but it needs a very beefy computer, so a lot of them are 'in the cloud' and can cost quite a bit. I used Open Drone Map - on a (pretty powerful) home PC, it took three hours to process the 150 photos.
It also generated an 80 megapixel photo, which knocks the spots off Google Maps for detail.

And is that the software you have to use to fly around the captured scene? Or is there a way of sharing it with others who don't have the software? It also generated an 80 megapixel photo, which knocks the spots off Google Maps for detail.

There is an app - MeshLab that you can use on your desktop, or a number of online viewers. I'm trying out Sketchfab - send me a message if you want an invite (which gets you a 1 month free Pro account) https://sketchfab.comTuna said:

imaginative and interesting landscape photographs .
