camera guarantee question

Hi all,won a panasonic lumix fz-72 camera in a prize draw but i've already got a d3300 Nikon.Anyhoo,i've decided to sell the Panasonic and someone has asked me if i have the receipt,well no i obviously don't!
Panasonic have a 2 year guarantee and im sure whoever buys the camera can claim on this,no?

Two years from when? There's no proof of purchase or date.

Just say 'Sorry but I won it in a competition so no receipt' or 'unwanted gift'.

I did put unwated gift in the ad.I thought whoever got it would just register it online and the factory warranty would just kick in under the buyers address.
