Hi All,

I'm off to China at the end of next week and I'm looking for a tripod small enough to put in a rucksack.
Can anyone here recommend one? The camera it's for is a Fuji XT10 if weight might be an issue with some tripods.

Cheers

Colin

Able to easily fit my three legged thing vyv tripod into my 15ltr rucksack. The 3LT head is rated to hold 20kg I think

I too have a 3LT Punks Vyv, it's very good as a travel tripod, my only complaint is that its a bit tight to get it in and out of the bag that comes with it!!

There is a carbon version Rik, but the weight saving is minimal.

10kg load capacity, so easily suitable for your camera. I use mine with Fuji X series.

Ironically I found a cheapie Chinese one a few months ago. It's not brilliant - but it is light and portable, and once I changed the head for my regular ball head, it is a pretty good weight-portable compromise.

If you realise it's got limitations I'd give something like this a go for travel....

If you are after a really compact light tripod have a look at the sirui T-025x, 780grams, pretty sturdy for the type and will work well for your camera.

its not very tall if you wanted a compact but full sized tripod move along.
