Shooting tips... For pre-wedding

I've done 2 weddings now. One by myself for family and one to help out a mate. I was using a Pentax K5 with an 18-55 F2.8 Tamron and a 70-200 F2.8 Tamron.
I also did video of the ceremony by sticking the vid cam on a tripod and just leaving it running !!
I didn't have a flash so it was all done in available light !!!
All pics run through Lightroom and the video edited with Coral Video Studio !
On both occasions the happy couple have been delighted with the pics and I have to say I was pretty pleased myself !!
So it is possible however I would NEVER, NEVER, NEVER !!!! Do it for someone I didn't know and if I can possibly help it those will be the last ....
